Nutritious and Easy Chocolate Bars

No traditional chocolate and dairy in these bars!

Instead the main ingredient is a superfood called Cacao. Cacao comes from the seeds of the fruit of the cacao tree – the original, natural chocolate.

Some benefits of Cacao are: more antioxidant properties than Blueberries and Bananas, full of phytonutrients, calcium, magnesium, highest plant based source of iron, protects the heart and boost your mood.

Takes about 5 minutes to make.

Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix the Agave or Honey with the Coconut Oil
  2. Add the Cacao Powder and stir for about 3-4 minutes until thick
  3. Pour onto a flat container lined with Parchment Paper
  4. Put in freezer for about 30 minutes
  5. Remove from freezer and cut into bite size pieces
  6. Store in fridge
  7. And then enjoy!!!
