Healthy, Refreshing Lavender Lemonade


Lemonade and summer is like hot cocoa and winter. But there are also many health benefits to Lemonade and when you add some Lavender, you have a double hitter.

Lemons are packed with nutrients, and they can lower body temperature, improve skin, help with immune system and keep you calm and cool – to name just a few benefits of this amazing fruit!

  1. Bring half the water (21/2 cups) to a boil in a medium pan Remove from heat and stir in honey till dissolved Add the Lavender blossoms to the honey water, cover and let steep at least 20 minutes. Strain the mixture and discard Lavender (If using Lavender Essential Oil, omit these two steps) Add the Honey and Lavender mixture to the Lemon juice Add the remaining cold water Refrigerate until ready to serve.
