Goddess Bon Bons
Makes about 20 Bon Bons
  1. Place all ingredients, except dates, in a food processor and pulse until well blended
  2. Feed the dates one at a time into food processor and pulse until completely blended
  3. Scoop out 1 TBS. of the mixture into your hands and roll it into a ball and place in an air tight container (preferably glass)
  4. Repeat until all of the mixture is rolled
  5. Cover the container and refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Opt: Roll the Bon Bons in the raw Cacao Powder before serving
  7. Then sit back and slowly enjoy the chocolaty goodness!! Might go good with your favorite vino….
