Fermented Cranberry Relish

Don’t freak out because it’s fermented! This is super easy. Plus fermented foods are good probiotics.

Cranberries and Walnuts are super anti-oxidants and Oranges are loaded with Vitamin C but they have also been shown to curb stress hormones. They are a good food to eat before a stressful task.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Wash and drain the Cranberries.
  2. Place all ingredients in food process and pulse until chopped. You want it coarse not pureed.
  3. Add in Walnuts and Ginger
  4. Pack tightly into a clean wide mouth jar (Mason, Fideo).
  5. Cover and leave out at room temp for 1 day.
  6. Taste it and use now or let it ferment another day or 2 to increase zesty flavor.
  7. Taste periodically (using a clean spoon each time so you do not put bacteria into the food). When it tastes good to you, it’s finished! Keeps in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
