As always, using fresh, organic ingredients is best.
Feel free to substitute any berry or add additional ones; if you can’t get fresh – frozen is next best.
Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Put dressing ingredients in a jar and shake or whisk.
Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently.
Serve with crackers or pita.
