Salads aren’t just for summer. They can be a whole meal anytime of year.

This one is packed with anti-aging prevention in practically every ingredient.

As always, using fresh, organic ingredients is best.

Feel free to substitute any berry or add additional ones; if you can’t get fresh – frozen is next best.

Instructions
  1. Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Put dressing ingredients in a jar and shake or whisk.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently.
  4. Serve with crackers or pita. Maybe have a glass of wine and then a small piece of organic chocolate for dessert and savor the flavors and know that you are helping your body stay healthy!
